Event Details
SW RISE, United General, and Central Skagit Library present Teen Holiday Crafts! Join us to get creative and make your own holiday gift for someone special or craft some holiday decorations. We'll have all sorts of craft supplies for you to use, plus some snacks to enjoy while you work. All materials will be provided at this free event and permission slips are required.
