Heart Health Basics with the American Heart Association

Central Skagit Library is thrilled to announce that blood pressure kits will soon be available for checkout as part of our Libraries with Heart initiative. 

Marisa from the American Heart Association will teach us how to take your blood pressure using these kits and about ways you can improve your hearth health. She will be available after the presentation for other questions you might have or, if you miss the first part, to fill you in on what you missed.
